EVGA GTX 950 FTW ACX 2.0 Turbospeed?

Hi, Im planning on getting 2 EVGA GTX 950 FTW ACX 2.0
I saw that it runs at a 1,203 GHz speed but that is can be boosted up to 1,405Ghz.
I was wondering how?
Does it come with some kind of software and if so how do I make the cards run at the boosted speed with that software?

So there isn't a program like the MSI GamingApp wich emediatly boosts it to the max recommended settings?

GPU Boost (displayed as "Boost clock") is when your card needs some oomph (gaming, etc), that's the maximum clock it can reach at stock, you can increase it with various overclocking programs tho. Here - http://bfy.tw/1cZm

Maybe he is looking to SLI them? I know SLI'ing these GPUs isn't in any way the best "bang for your buck" option, but hey. OP, if you are SLI'ing them, make sure your motherboard supports SLI (PCPartPicker shows that in the specs of motherboards).

At that point, just spend the $300ish on a 970 and get better performance.
