EVGA GTX 950 SC+ vs GTX 950 SSC

Okay so i wanna buy one of these graphics cards for my budget build and i'm not sure which one would be better i seen the clock speeds and boost speeds but which one would be good for moneys worth and performance

If you will be overclocking then the SSC is better if not the SC.
