EVGA Gtx 950 SC vs MSI Gtx 960

I'm building my first PC shortly and wondering what GPU I should put into it for 1080p at hopefully 60fps, though 30+ is fine, with high settings. (Games such as Skyrim with a few mods or CoD4 remastered). I'll post links to the cards below. Budget is £140 for the cards and I'm getting an i5-6500 with 16GB DDR4 RAM.

The 960 is better than the 950. You might want to consider the 4gb version of the card, since you are going to be modding skyrim and more and more games use more than 2gb VRAM. If you can't raise the budget, just go with the 960.
