Hi,

I wanted to increase the fan speed on my GPU and so I did but after reading, most people claim that it will decrease the lifespan of the fans. This didn't stop me from keeping the increased fan speed as I overclocked my GPU slightly and prefer lower temperatures. My question is, where can I find replacement fans for my GPU if it decided to bust/break in the future? I tried looking for replacement fans and unfortunately I didn't find any. My GPU is EVGA GTX 960 SuperSC ACX 2.0 4GB.

Cheers,
Adam

While it may decrease the lifespan by some degree it shouldn't break anytime soon unless it was bad to start with. Fans are made to spin fast, and certainly in the range set by the makers of the fan. If for some reason it does go out the only thing you could do would be water cooling with an aftermarket water block and CPU aio. You could try strapping a case fan to it but that isn't as stylish :)
