EVGA GTX 960 Not Detected, Fans are working.

System Specs:
MSI MS-7750 Motherboard (PCIe 2.0 x16)
Corsair TX750 PSU
Intel i5 3.30ghz
GSkill Sniper 16GB RAM
EVGA GeForce GTX 960 04G-P4-3969-KR 4GB FTW GAMING

I replaced my old GTX 560 with a GTX 960 roughly 6 months ago and had been using the card without any issues. One day, I powered on my computer and there was no display. I connected my monitor to my motherboard integrated graphics and was able to get video. My card is not showing in Device Manager. I RMA'd the card and just received a brand new GTX 960 and am having the same issue. I have tested my GTX 560 in the same PCIe slot and it works without issue.

I have flashed my Motherboard to the newest revision, I am unable to install Geforce drivers since no hardware is detected and the EVGA software has the same issue. I have disabled integrated graphics in device manager and rebooted. I have unplugged my machine and removed my CMOS battery. I have re-seated the power connection several times (the card fans spin normally). The other PCIe slot is inaccessible due to the length of the card and SATA connectors on the mobo.

I am completely out of ideas at this point. Has anyone else had this issue and been able to fix?

Try that card in another system, you really did everything you could on your computer to get it working (unless you forgot to plug in the power or something silly). Your TX power supply may be at fault here too, but the 560 should not be using any less power than a 960 so the power supply is likely not the issue. Need to rule out anything in your system, testing the card in another one will let you know if it's the card or your computer.

does that board have full uefi bios ?? that's required fior 900 cards and z68 boards show some compatibility issues with 900 cards as well

may need to be sure you got the boards latest bios that may have the support for these latter cards [some got lucky and some did not ]

Are all your drivers up to date?
Make sure to try that card in another system to be positive whereas the problem is coming from.
