I live in Australia and I am trying to make a gaming pc. This is my list so far http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/Kw2MLk . I have a $300 to $360 budget and this two models are the ones I came along. I want to play games at 1080p like gta 5, project cars , whitcher 3 and batman arkham knight.
I don't want my gpu to use too much space in my case but I want good performance and cooling fans. Lease help!! And I have a 600W psu

Performance wise the 380 is better by a small margin, with the power consumption the 960 consumes less power, both of them can run the games that you mention at 1080p, fi you plan to buy that PSU buy this one instead:

The 200R can accomodate any GPU. If you were in a micro or mini ATX case then I'd suggest the 960 even though the 380 performs better. But since you are in a case that can easily fit almost any GPU, I think you should get the 380.

In performance, the 380 has slight advantage. Here is a comparison of 380 and 960:

For cooling, add a Corsair AF fan to the front. Don't buy that SP fan. It is only used for attaching to radiators or heatsinks. The 212X will give insanely good cooling. Just set that cpu fan to 800-1100rpm and leave it. That should cool it enough and keep it quiet.
