EVGA GTX 970 fans only twitch - even when temps are over 90C

Hi there. I am not sure what is happening with my gpu. This also just happened within the last few days. It seems to run just fine but the fans never quite turn on - they only twitch. I will be playing a game and the gpu will be over 90C and the fans still won't turn on. I have tried to use MSI afterburner to manually turn the fans on and this still doesn't work. I have also updated the driver for the GTX 970.

Any help would be awesome so I can start gaming on my PC again. Thanks.

You can set your fan speed or when they spins from gigabytes aorus engine.

Download it from gigabyte.com that works 100% but if you do in right way

Hmmm just tried it and it still didn't start up the fans from the twitching. I also tried precision X to no avail.
