My Idle GPU Clock is currently 1379Mhz and the temperature is 57 with the fan running at 2500rpm. http://i.imgur.com/h1NDUJp.png
I haven't over clocked this card in anyway shape or form and it's hot in my room. I need a fan facing me at all times or I'll sweat to death.
If more information needs to be provided I will provide it.

Sorted. Had multi-monitor set-up and GPU was going overkill on them, downloaded nvinspector and set up multi monitor power saver mode.
