Hello! I was hoping you could help me out with identifying a problem. I'm not sure if it's my GPU or the driver or what. I do know that it's not my monitor as I've tested with another monitor. So the problem is that while gaming I'm seeing artifacts in blurry out of focus areas whenever there's fast movement or I move the camera quickly. I've uploaded a video showing the issue:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/zzqg90iqawm7ec6/Dragon%20Age%20%20Inquisition%2007.02.2015%20-%2003.20.38.01.mp4?dl=0

I've tested it on another monitor so I know it's not my monitor. I get the "ghosting" with and without my OC. There are no other issues, no flickering textures, no odd colors...just this weird artifacting in blurred areas when there's fast movement. Temps are fine. I've updated to the latest drivers and still see the issue. I get the issue whether I use in-game or driver-forced v-sync. I've tried Windowed and Fullscreen. I don't remember having this before I switched to the 980 Ti (previously had the 780 Ti of the same EVGA line). Here are my system specs:

i7 4820k @ 4.2GHz w/ Corsair H60 cooler
Gigabyte X70-UP4 board
EVGA GTX 980 Ti SC ACX 2.0+
16GB ADATA 1866 RAM (XMP)
EVGA SuperNOVA 750B PSU

The one thing I haven't tried is removing the XMP RAM profile, which is a recent change. Not sure if that would make a difference. *edit * Reverting back to the stock performance profile did nothing to improve the issue.

Any thoughts on if this is a problem with my GPU?

Thanks!

I figured it out! It was NVIDIA CP MFAA. That was not an option when I had the 780 Ti, but it was a "new and sparkly feature" I noticed after I upgraded to the 980 Ti so I enabled it. By process of elimination I have narrowed it down to that. Yay! I was so worried it was my GPU!
