Taking your time and doing a good job of cable management is more important than spending $90 on a set of individually sleeved cables. I frequently use the 380w Antec EarthWatts in my 'hobby' builds (latest was a Thunderbird Slot A build just for the fun of it) and with a little patience I've frequently ended up with a completely bare-wire PSU along with several ribbon cables looking better than just about any quickly-thrown-together high-end setup.

TL;DR: Spend time working on your own cable management skills instead of throwing money at the PSU and hoping it disappears.

some may like it for looks but I personally would rather have my cables all sleeved together for cable management. My current cables are flat and it makes it so much easier to route cables and have them fit behind the back panel of the case and they came with the PSU. This a niche thing and will not last.
