EVGA mini gtx 1060 6gb temps up to 82 in most games...

When running games the temps on my 1060 reach 82 and then it starts lowering the clock speeds...should i turn up the fan speeds? What program should i use to do that? Can anyone tell me the fan speeds you have with your card?

yeah turn up the fan speed a bit. You can set a higher fan curve on MSI afterburner.

Many cards will target about 80c as the optimum performance point.
I would not worry.

82 is fine for that card. nVidia says it can handle 94 degrees.
