[SOLVED] EVGA Precision X1 keeps crashing ?

My EVGA Precision X1 starts on Windows startup. It then says "failed to connect to evga.com" or something like that. It seems to work fine and then it just crashes randomly and when I try to open it. It opens for like 2 seconds then crashes again. please help.

It doesnt even minimize into the tray. It just crashes...
