evga precision xoc keeps resetings settings

so i just switched over to evga precision X from afterburner because i heard afterburned can have issues that cause your gpu drivers to crash all the time and this is what has happened to me. after switching to precision X all these issues stopped but i had the old precision X already on my pc not the new XOC version. after everything was all set up and nice it eventually asked me if i wanted to download the latest version which was the latest xoc version not the regular precision x. After i did this now none of my settings are saving except my overclocked. Any settings applied in the precision xoc menu for the OSD or telling it to start with windows dosnt save once the program restarts. I cant find a fix for this anywere and i have tried many different versions. It worked just fine on the regular precision X

i've given up on evga's precision xoc. tons of bugs since day 1. i switched back to msi afterburner because i couldnt stand the long list of things I hated about it. I accutally wrote a long list of issues I had to the product manager/dev team on the forum. never heard back 🙁. He answered my tweets though!

any overclock i apply on msi afterburner wether it be a really small one it just causes my display drivers to crash a few minutes in playing a game. its irritating. i dont have the problem with precision X.
i was able to find an older version of precision X. The old X version not the XOC version and its working but not i dont have any OSD option even tho i have rivatuner. urg!
