Question EVGA PSU Cable

I purchased this cable, as it looked like what I was going to need. But is it safe to say this cable will work with an older EVGA 750Watt B2 power supply? And would it work okay with a Nvidia RTX 3070 GPU?

Won't work on a B2. It may plug in but will short out.

So since you said that, NewEgg had these on sale, so this is what I grabbed. I can always resell the old PSU for a couple bucks to try and recoupe some of my money back.

That brings up a new question. Does the new G6 PSU include the same cable type that I linked to in my first post? Or will I still need to get that separate cable in addition to the PSU I ordered? I'll note that separate cable doesn't mention the G6 as an option to use that cable.

I'm told its better to use two separate GPU cables to power the GPU, instead of one cable split between the two connections. I assume they include two cables with the PSU kit?

Supernova G6 750w comes with 3 daisy chained PCI-e cables. Use one cable for each 8 pin socket on the GPU.
