EVGA PSU fan rattle

So I just got my brand new EVGA Supernova 850 P2 and, when doing the pre-installation test, noticed what I think is fan rattle.

Take a look at the video below and tell me if I'm right. If so, I'll hit EVGA up for an RMA and cross ship.

Not necessarily. Not all PSUs are whisper quiet. I've seen several Corsair models which sounded like that when new. I've seen several year old Seasonics and Rosewills that are completely silent and several years old. It varies a little. Mild noise does not mean defect. It means it is making a very mild noise. Question is, is that within tolerance? Only EVGA can answer that for you. Ask them.

Their customer service was top notch. It always sucks to start something as exciting as a build only to get a defective part, but their willingness to get me a better part definitely gives me faith in their product
