Hello!
What do you all think of the quality of the below PSU? It has a high rating on Amazon, and so does the little sibling 430W...it's no Supernova, but i need an inexpensive PSU right now. It will be powering an R9 270X with a Phenom II...exactly which Phenom II i am unsure, but it will not be OC'd. A friend has the CPU, Mobo, and Ram and i am getting a case and PSU to put it all together for someone else.
I realize there may be some bottlenecking between the 270X and Phenom, but it is still going to be better than what he's running right now...geforce GT 640, DDR2 RAM, and intel E6700 i think.
Anyway, back to the main question. Is the below PSU of high enough quality to consider purchasing?

***EDIT:I was sure i put this in the PSU forum...i am sorry if this is not the appropriate place for such a question.
