EVGA RMA Send Back Used cards?

I Just recently had to RMA Through EVGA My 1070ti Due to a Fan issue with it being very erratic, When I got my New one in the mail today from UPS I was stoked to get it in my rig when I was going to put it in It hit the light just the right way for me to realize there was alot of scuffs and even scratches on my card over the logo, It also didnt have plastic sitcky film to take off like my first RMA card did.....Very confused right now.

You got a refurbished card. Which is common practice with RMAs and even stated in the terms of the warranty. Likely your old card will be repaired(if possible) and either sold as "b" stock/refurb or shipped as a replacement for an RMA.

Well That is kinda wack, I bought my new card out of the store, it was brand new and didn't even use it for a week, then they send me back a used refurbished card, When I payed full price? that is kind of crazy

Did you buy it from EVGA's website or a local shop? .
