[SOLVED] EVGA RTX 2080 Fan One Problem

I began to notice higher than average temperatures while under load, had a look at my GPU and noticed that fan one seems to try to start spinning but then stops.

Any ideas?

no seriously man, your fan is dying; it would be possible to control the fans that they simply would stop spinning even if you could smelt ingots atop your gpu, but not one individually, its dying and its time to activate that warranty.
