hiya just been playing around with my EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 ULTRA

have overclocked the core clock by 175MHz and the memory clock by 600 MHz

those are my temps while gaming, this was while i was playing warzone, all max settings 1440P View: https://imgur.com/GofXDWy

reckon i can go higher and also it is worth it?

temps seem fine, case is not very airflow friendly lol In-Win 303 Mid Tower Case - White https://www.mightyape.co.nz/product/26013842

user benchmark results https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/41293291

this card is a beast

Unless your trying to squeeze every once of performance out of the card you really dont need to manually OC the RTX cards anymore.

With my 2080ti just leaving it on auto and seting the power limits to full, it will surpass the boost 1650Mhz gpu clock and run just over 2100Mhz the ram will do a +1600Mhz. As long as the card has enough power and stays cool enough it will keep boosting speeds.

I agree with the above just put it back at stock settings and enjoy.

Really hard to justify the chance of messing the card up no matter how low the odds are since their so hard to find a regular price.

It's not a toy stop playing around with it. Their a bunch of post where people go over the edge overclocking cards and brick them.

Yeah, gpus have gotten so good now, as well as very very rare, so it is not worth it to oc your gpu, especially a 30 series one, to eventually getting performance hungry and destroy your card.
