I currently have a GTX 760. The first link is my current build.

But I was looking to upgrade to the EVGA GeForce GTX 960 2GB FTW ACX 2.0+ Video Card. With the same build, just a different GPU. Do any of you guys see any problems or something I should look out for?

Only difference I'm seeing is with the 960, I'd be using less watts.

The difference in performance will be so small it's virtually pointless. Why don't you upgrade to a 970 instead? And when you can afford it, add another 970 in SLI.

760 to 960 gives you a 10% improvement. 960 to 970 gives you a 50-60% improvement.

Unless electricity is extremely expensive where you live, the power savings is not worth the cost of the 960.

Solution
I would not upgrade a 760 to a 960. Its kind of pointless. Wait and upgrade to a 970 or 980. Likely soon in a few weeks the 980 will drop in price to around the current price of the 970 (maybe tough to say). Wait until then :)
Your RAM is quite slow what is this computer for?

Gaming. Video editing, and photo editing. I had a friend compile the PC parts. Told him what I needed it for.
