Which has better cooling?
Which is quieter?
Which overclocks better?
Which should I buy?

+ I have a blue and black themed system so I believe the EVGA one is going to look better in my system.

I'm leaning that way also, purely based off the aesthetics, care to elaborate why exactly you lean towards the EVGA?It would help a lot

With nVidia cards I look at Asus and EVGA as first choices and generally go with one or the other, EVGA tends to bin their GPU chips well which is why they offer more cards in a given line of GPUs than others do. Here I used a few of those in the past and always had good performance ran cool and quiet.
