EVGA Superclocked and SSCs any good?

I've been trying to get a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 but EVGA has all these SC and SSC cards. Are they any good? What's the difference between them and the regular version?

Different level of factory overclock. Quality wise they are the same.
