hello guys im going tobuy this psu i want your oponion about and it also has 10 year warranty also can it handle i5 3450,gtx 980 8 gb ram 1600 mhz and a motherboard with 2 hdds and 1 ssd?

Yes, it can easily handle two GTX 980 in SLI as well.

You want a decent 1000W psu with a R9 290X crossfire build.

overall if you plan to x-fire that card and overclock your system the 1000w is the safe way to go

i just asked i dont need crossfire nor sli i just want it to last for 4-5 years because i will only use Single gpus like r9 290x single or gtx 980 single will the re be any prob with it? it wont fry anything right? 😛

well I look at it as go for the best you can cause you never know what may come up down the road -- you may find the 750 is just fine for what you got going today but if something comes up that requires more your just rebuying

so I feel if a highe end quality unit like the g2 are and 25 bucks is the difference between the 750w and the 1000w better go for the 1000 [opinion]

like when way back I bought this seasonic x850 it was on sale for like 160$ now look at this g2 1000 for 145 ?? better believe I would of went for it

145 for a top build unit at 1000w is hard to beat pluss like you said a 10 year warrantee -- I'd grab it [all opinion]
