Hello,
Can I replace my PSU in optiplex 9010 SFF with the following PSU

Would that affect my motherboard? And would that fit inside?

I would call EVGA tech support and ask them by text so you have a record of their answer. This is the first I've heard of a 650W SFX. EVGA is a good brand. I hope it works for you.

Besides the fit into the case, there's one other potential issue you'll need to research. Dell has used proprietary connectors on the their motherboards. You'll need to determine if standard ATX power connector will work with the motherboard.

I looked at that MB and it uses the 24 pin ATX connector. I think the 9020 is when they started the 8 pin version.
