Cooler? The ASUS

Whole package however is debatable.

EVGA do a trade in upgrade system that is great.

To be more specific, the ASUS cooler is quieter with similar temps, but does not spin up as high as the EVGA, so for OC and extreme cooling, you may want the EVGA.

Imo the ASUS is better though.

evga is even noisy at idle, to keep away from it, no custom fan profile helps at all.
