and does tier 1 is better than 2a , i just move from xbox to pc , dont have enough knowledge like u experts

You haven't provided info as to exactly which xfx you are looking at. is it pro xxx (tier 1)? Post back with which tier it is in.

For evga I usually recommend the gold version which is a supernova G series - tier 1.

Only the G2 series is good, tiers are useless.
