1) You appear to need to LOGIN to get the RMA information (such as whether you ship one way or not), but I've heard nothing but good things about this company.
I'm in Canada and just recently exchanged a power supply and had no issues.
2) About the card choice:
a) LENGTH - carefully measure, or find case specifications for card length.
- if possible, get a dual-fan card as it should be quieter and have better cooling.
b) COOLING in case
- if you have cooling issues, you may need to investigate a BLOWER style to exhaust case at the rear of the case and not dump back into case.
(blower style cards are NOISIER so not recommended unless need to avoid high temperatures causing thermal throttling... if confused, post case and ask for advice... the CPU and CPU cooler, case fans etc all factor in)
3) REVIEW (link to noise/temp)->

Here's a graph that will no doubt appeal to users planning a small, living-room-friendly PC. EVGA's GeForce GTX 1060 SC Gaming, with the latest BIOS, is very quiet indeed. Provided your chassis has decent airflow, the card should be practically silent when watching movies and only barely audible while gaming.
So at 75degC in a larger case, hitting the throttle point of about 82degC is fairly likely if the case cooling is not as good and/or the room temperature is higher.
However, at 30dB it's really quiet so you can probably play around with the fan profile, clock speed, or even swap out CASE FANS (if needed) for something better.
Summary:
- Warranty should be great
- looks like a good card
- cooling should be okay, though for optimal may need to change a few things
- *Consider a 2-fan solution if case cooling is sufficient and length is supported
