Hello guys. So I bought these ram:
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16...

and i want to ask you guys Is these ram will be work on EVGA x299 FTW-K because i dont see that in memory support list.

Solution
It would work, but it is not optimal. An X299 board is designed for four DIMMs. You should buy a set of four matched DIMMs. 4x8GB if you want 32GB.
If you only have two DIMMs you are only giving your CPU 1/2 the designed memory bandwidth.

Use the Intel ARK -- https://ark.intel.com/ You put the model of CPU you are thinking about getting in the search bar and you get ALL the technical specs. Including how many memory channels it has. A Kaby Lake X processor is a dual channel CPU.

You would be better off getting an 8700K and a Z series motherboard. You are spending a lot of extra money for an X299 motherboard and not taking advantage of the extra features by crippling it with a Kaby Lake X CPU.
