[SOLVED] EVGA z490 Dark error code 4C no display

I have recently bought the EVGA z490 Dark a few days ago. I plugged up everything and when I power it on, all the components work, gpu, mouse, and fans.But, unfortunately it is not showing anything to my monitor. On the motherboard, the memory DIMM 1 and DIMM 2 LEDS are showing red as it failed POST. I don’t know what else to do.

MSI MPG A850GF 80+ GOLD Power Supply

When I try to update the bios, it shows E3 on the LED. I might have to replace it because I am losing hope
