Question evga z490 dark issue

My old ram broke some how and i got some new ram and the xmp profile cause ram failure but the weird part is I have a save profile on the bios and i can somehow run my old xmp profile from my old ram but it does cause crashes and when i run tm5 test it causes error too so i was just wondering is there anyway to get my xmp profile to work

Make and models of both ram kits used on their own? Might want to also see if your motherboard has any BIOS updates pending.

The old was a gskill f4000c17d-32gvkb and the new one is F4-4000C16D-32GVKA
