I Don't know much about mobos but I saw that the EVGA one was on sale for $180 OFF so I thought I would ask here.

Specs:
Intel i7 3770k 3rd Gen
Mobo - Trying to decide
Ram - 16gb dual channel ddr3 1600 mhz
HDD- 1tb segate 7200 rpm
SSD - 128gb crucial M4
GPU - 670 PE or the Evga 670 FTW(still deciding)
PSU - 750w Corsair Gold
Case - Haf 922

The evga z77 ftw is more for people intending to do three-way sli or four-way sli, it doesn't use an uefi bios, it uses the old school bios.
For it's price and if you're not planning to do such thing as three or four cards in sli, i'd get the gigabyte one.

nah, not really intending too. I saw that it was 40% off and I saw that red and black on it and all the expensive ones have red and black 😛 so i was just wondering if it would have been a good buy or not.

The gigabyte has same features(can do sli or crossfire, not three-way or four-way), it has a more user friendly bios, quality of the gigabyte board are good ones, i cannot say the same for evga ones.
