EVGA z97 Classified FF code, new builder

Alright, so I've done the extent of what I can think to get past the FF error code on my classified motherboard. These are my specs:

Z97 Classified
4790k Intel CPU
EVGA G2 850W PSU
MSI GTX 970
Kingston Hyperx Black 8gb 1600 RAM

What I've tried:
I've already test my aftermarket cooler to see if it was causing the issue and was still stuck with the FF code.
Checked all of my standoffs.
Removed motherboard from case and removed RAM.
Triple checked the 8 pin and 24 pin connectors
Checked the CPU for bent pins and proper placement
Pushed on the Bios chip to see if it is mounted properly.
Removed BIOS battery and used CMOS button.


This is my first build and usually it goes straight to code FF. A couple of times after using the CMOS it will start to run a check and then turn off after showing either code 55 or 71.

I'm really hoping to not have a faulty piece of equipment, but I'm out of ideas. You guys are my only hope!

If not, RMA the motherboard if you done all these checks.
