EVGA Z97 FTW 4 POST Beeps After OC and RAM Frequency Change

I decided to play around with my BIOS, and I decided to overclock my chip (4690k) to 3.8ghz. I also changed the RAM frequency to 2133mhz. When I reset, I heard 4 same length beeps and nothing on the screen. My BIOS version is 1.08
