EVO 212 Moves just a very little left to right?

I have a asus 270 prime;QS 10 Windows:i7-7700 16gb 2400MHZ.I installed yesterday and used Artic Silver.After screws were tightened on all sides ,i could grab the Coil and try to twist it and it seems to move just a little left to right?Is this ok for 151 socket?I ran Witcher 3 for 6 hours and the temp seemed to stay stable at 55-60c..Is that to high?I never ran Witcher on the stock cooler!

Does it spin while booting up? Fan connector correctly plugged into the CPU_FAN port of the motherboard?

60°C is very good under load

I ran Witcher 3 for 6 hours straight and with HWmonitor it never got over 60c!I run 16gb of 2400,on ASUS Prime Board,,Like i said it seems to be working but its like the pressure of the springs keep it tight against chip...but for 17-7700 people say they usually run hotter than that,,and its running witcher 3 at over 180 fps,I run no Overclock,,This chip to me is a beast with the 1060 MSi ,and nothing extra thats it!

run prime95 version 26.6 not newer with option smallfft. How high is temp. and how high is the cpu frequency while running this after about 10min?
