Evo 850 250GB peak at 370MB/S

Hi, I have two ssd evo 850 and on both of them the speed is about a third of what is actually advertise.
Both of them are connected to the sata 3 ports and i have changed the registry and the bios to AHCI.

I did a benchmark on this site so you can see the speed of the ssd and my pc hardware.

Update: just downloaded samsung magician software and it says AHCI mode is deactivated, probaly I didnt ebable AHCI properly, any advice on how to ebale it?

Update2: there was another setting in the bios Gsata3.. smothing, that was on ide and i changed it to AHCI, now AHCi mode is enabled on samsung magician and i have better results, 373mb/s peak on megician benchmark but still its not even close to 600mb/s .
and on this site its now 260mb/s

Gsata? That is an aftermarket chip that gigabyte like to call theirs and you may not get full sata3 speed from it.
