Hello!
I have searched and found mixed messages on this, so I figure if I have all the info pertaining to my situation it might help. I know that RAM is a fickle mofo and there are always variables but what I am trying to do is this:

I have these in my computer now:
Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 DRAM 2666MHz (PC4-21300) C16 Memory Kit - Black
https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0134EW44S/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

and I am thinking about adding this to the other two slots:
CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 2666MHz C16 (PC4 21300) Memory Kit – White (CMK16GX4M2A2666C16W)
https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01EI5YZSA/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1

They are exactly the same except one kit is 2x16GB and black while the other is 2x8GB and white.

the reason is two-fold: number one and the main reason is that the 16GB kit is on a hella good sale and number two my build is white and black so aesthetically this would look pretty cool!

I know I can't get a definitive "YES" or "NO" answer, but I am hoping to get a strong lead towards one or the other. I have quite a lot of experience building computers but even this is a little out of my wheelhouse of knowledge. In my personal experience and if I were to make an educated guess I would say this would work because they are the same in every way except color and GB size, but I would like to see what others say just in case!

Thanks in advance!!

I would say since the kits are both 2666mhz and C16, you should be able to use them together.
If it doesnt work, return the new kit.

Mixing ram is luck.
This was my thought too, I guess worst case I return it and since Amazon has a ridiculously awesome return policy for prime members I'm not really out anything
