Exactly How Good Is the GTX 960 and Can You Get Skyrim ENBs

Can I get a decent frame rate with an enb? Also exactly how good is it?

I dont know about your cards performance cause im using AMD since forever but as for ENB's go that depends on how beautifull you want your game to look and what kind of fps you can tolerate.
If you are 60fps or gtfo like me then you might need to check on some perfomance friendly ENB's specially if you plan to use other mods too.Although most if not all ENB's come with 3-4 different presets from their creators so you can see for your self how much your pc can handle.
Last time i checked a nice looking and decent in performance ENB was "Project ENB"
But then again if you dont mind playing with 40-50 fps then you can get almost any ENB out there and make your skyrim look awesome.But im pretty sure that even if you can handle a heavy ENB you will end up disabling some options your self.

Im playing on R9 270 although i never used a "heavy" ENB cause i prefer 60fps over eye candy.
Your GTX 960 is ALOT better than my card so i believe that you can use some decent ENB without any significant fps loss.
If you are interested on a really performance friendly ENB though look on Nexus for Reallike ENB. I was using this only because it made the colours more vibrant but dont expect any fancy effects , but i had almost zero performance loss.

What settings are you running?

I was playing on High with all sliders on max distance.
I used some 2k texture packs,a few other mods and the ENB i mentioned above.
But my pc is not even close to a high end pc,im running a R9 270 and a Phenom II 965.
Assuming you have an i5 paired with your 960 you have nothing to worry about. But honestly some ENB's are too taxing for what they do so all you can do is just browse through Nexus and test them your self.Why not anyway? They are free and easy to use

If you're gonna go for some really nice looking ENBs I do recommend RealVision. The only problem it's CPU and GPU eater. I do myself run it on a GTX 960, 8GB RAM and an i5 3,5Ghz and I get around 25-40 FPS.
