[Exalted] Rate for the Daiklaive of Conquest? AKA I love E..

Busy learning Exalted Power Combat. Thus, I'm updating some NPC's and
adding some stuff to the EdExalted generator. We love you, Ed!

The Daiklaive of Conquest (Level 5 Solar Artifact,Caste Book: Dawn, page 81)
does +7L- 1 health level more than a a standard Daiklaive. Reaver
Daiklaives, which are bigger weapons, do +9L, and Grand Daiklaives, those
surfboard size weapons, do +12L.

My opinion is that a base Rate of 5, ie, the Rate of a standard Daiklaive,
is appropriate for a Daiklaive of Conquest, since the weapon is presumably
about the size of a traditional Daiklaive, or a little bigger - one can
presume that extra health level of damage comes from the quality of the
craftsmanship used in creating the weapon. This is before Magical Material
bonuses (+1 defense, accuracy and rate, as per Exalted Player's Guide, page
209, for Orichalcum.)

Does this jibe right?

i think 4 would be better, 5 wicth oricalchum bonus
