Excalibur Spectrum not working

Just received my brand new Tesoro Excalibur spectrum RGB from Amazon and everything was great, I was looking at all the light settings being a kid on Christmas Day haha but then I tried to install an update and along those lines it now only has a flashing "A" inside of a shield on the far right where like the num lock lights would be. None of the keys work now and none of the lights do either. Please help. Thanks
 
If you're on Windows 10, it's not advised to install device drivers update through the automatic feature, disable it following this guide. Did you try manually installing your drivers found off their support site? Make sure your BIOS and remaining device drivers(namely chipset and USB) are up to date. Can you please pass on your full system's specs? Plugging your peripherals into USB2.0 ports are best advised.

Have you also tried uninstalling your keyboard drivers and reinstalling them?

You may want to go through your manual regarding the blinking caps lock LED:
I have top say though the manual that came along with the keyboard in the box is very helpful to get started with this keyboard. It even teaches you how to record macro keys! First, press FN + Home and the Game Mode indicator will blink, then press which key you wish to be programmed. Game Mode and Num Lock indicator will start blinking. Then, press whatever it is you want to record on that button and press FN + Home again to end recording. The Game Mode, Num Lock, Caps Lock indicators will blink for a few seconds, and you’re done!
