Excessive backlight bleed?

The monitor is the Dell S2417DG.

Picture at 75% brightness:

I tried getting the picture reasonably close to what I actually see, but it's not perfect. The part that concerns me is the blue-ness on the bottom of the display. It doesn't bother me too much but I'm wondering if it's at a normal level or if I should get it replaced.

Totally not normal level I wouldn't play with that. Replace it also don't get dell

I should probably mention that the whiteness on the sides are barely visible to the eye. I'm not sure why it's so visible in the camera. It's mostly the blue on the bottom that stands out.

Well why are you asking us if you should replace it you'll have to replace it eventually but if it ain't bothering you for now and it ain't noticeable then keep it
