[SOLVED] Exchanging motherboard and cpu

Hey everyone...guys i have an asus x99 motherboard and an intel 5820k.
idk why i bought x99 because i play games most of the times.
a few days ago i went to a seller and he offered me to exchange my cpu and motherboard for an intel 6700k and Asus z170k....i have no idea. is it worth it? what's your idea guys?

They are just as fast in benchmarks. I think your choices go down to motherboard features and overclock ability if you overclock.
