Excluding price, which display set-up? (4k, Ultra Wide, or 3 1080p)

If price wasn't an issue and you had, say, 2 GTX 980's in SLI, which of these set-ups would you choose/recommend and why?

2x 980s? I'd say go with triple 1080p 144Hz.
