i have forgotten my password to my administrator account, I made the password due to anger and I can't remember it, I don;t have a recovery disk, can someone help me? I have windows vista ultimate

Read this. If you have another account on the computer, you can enable and access the true Administrator account. From there, you should be able to remove the password on your normal Admin account.
