.exe is not a valid Win32 application dilemma

I want to upgrade to windows 7. But when I run the software, it always comes up with:


"C:\Users\user\Downloads\wet7xp_x86.exe is not a valid Win32 application."


Anybody who knows how to fix this? I'm quite disappointed with vista.

I wonder if it has become corrupted during the download? Anyway, as you are on Vista you should use the Vista version of Windows Easy Transfer, not the XP one. Get it from: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=09d80814-2a73-4245-a63b-8e780d0430cb
