EXE wont load up/crash

Basically any .exe I've tried to open in the last hour just doesnt open for me. Games dont open aswell. Any fix for it? I tried doing a thing with regedit I saw online, but it didnt work. Help

do a full virus scan without network on .

It turns out the problemwas the graphics drivers? That surprised me. How I fixed it was i did a Clean reinstall on the Graphics Drivers

they have been corrupted so will do virus scan in case .
