Within the past two weeks i have been getting random restarts, no errors and events in any logs nor error upon start up to hint at power loss.

More recently i will lose my keyboard, mouse, monitor ect yet the system stays on. All LEDs are on fans are fine ect only way to fix is hold power and restart. On a few and becoming more so recent events holding the power button when this happens does nothing i have to pull the plug to power down. Upon starting up yet again no errors of any sorts aside from the norm from a forced shutdown.

On top of this on a few times now and counting my system wont even start back up, IE no post or activity but all LEDs (Front power one does not) and fans come on. Only way i have been able to get it to come back from this is reseating the RAM.

I have test all slots and both sticks of RAM (When system would let me) and everything is 100% no fails, same with Graphics card. Have also run 20+ passes on Memtest with no errors, Anti V ect ect all coming back with nothing outa the norm.

I have literally done nothing recently in terms of changes if anything i have been less active on my computer due to the session. Only thing i can think of is i have been playing a new game (Warframe) but doubt that's it but these problems happen randomly just most often when something opens or loads, both in a game or just browsing the web. Which leaves me grasping at straws as most of this could be related to several things Mobo, PSU ect.

Current Major part specs:
AMD Phenom 2 955 x4 Black Ed
MSI 770-G45 Motherboard
Radeon HD 5770 1g
Corsair TX750 Wat
About 5 fans, 2 Mech HD 1 SD HD (Highly doubt im over drawing and all ratings are norm in BIOS)

My friends seem to be pretty sure its my motherboard but im just not 100% sure yet, dont want to drop new parts in and still be siting dead in the water.

Update,

It seem the times it wont restart its stuck in Phase 1 power, did a little research and from what i can tell MSI is just junk and this is a common fail on there stuff. But what i don't get is there is no constancy with any of the issues, there all just random.

I would suggest your motherboard has failed on you. The only reason i suspect this is because my parent-in-laws pc for awhile they had issues with it even powering on kept having to press the power button if nothing came on turn it off then on then off and on until something finally came on....eventually it never came back on. Replaced Ram, Harddrive, PSU, and even CPU to no avail. Purchased a new motherboard, now all is fine. Well at least they got a faster CPU out of the deal!

By the look of it what you have is a power state problem.
Clearly what is happening is the system is sending things to sleep putting them into low power mode.
And not receiving a signal to set them back to normal power mode for wake up.

As you know you have power schemes in windows.
You should take note of the times they are set to and when the keyboard ect stops working, or the monitor screen powers off.

It is likely due to the fact that the power modes are also not set correctly in the bios of the board.
The wrong settings can result in failure of a signal being sent to devices connected to the mother board
To wake up from resume or low power saving mode.

So check your power options profile in windows.
And take look at what S modes do in the bios.

If it does not resolve the problem, then presume the PSU may be at fault since everything is linked to it including the mother board.
