PC of 2 yrs suddenly stopped working and I get no display out.

Here is the current state:
- No display/video output
- CPU fan does not turn on
- Antec 300’s case fans are working
- DVD drive is working

Here is what I have tried and none of it has helped. Any suggestions on the next steps ? My guess is that there might have been a overheating involved due to slight change in my pc position and some programs I have been running.

- Changed video cards (tried VGA/hdmi/dvi outputs and multiple monitors)
- Used inbuilt gpu connections on motherboard
- Removed all the RAMs and used one at a time on different slots
- Removed the power connection, removed bios battery and put it back.

a lot of times a quick death on a pc is from the power supply losing one of the legs inside of the power supply. if you have a volt meter check the outputs. if not see if you can rma the power supply you have under warranty or see if a friend has one you can use for testing.

thanks! I just realized it is close to 3yrs old and out of warranty. I will try to get a new one or get a volt meter to test it out. Anything else to try? Is there a way to check CPU is fine?

i got a multimeter and tested the psu outputs and they seemed to be doing fine. If that is the case would it be motherboard or CPU that is busted, how can I debug further?
