Question How to exit the game setting

I had been setting up Lakka and /Kodi. Still finding out on how to place the Roms onto a usb drive for Lakka.
Today, i booted up the Pi 4 and loaded into Lakka. The first thing that came up was RetroArch, How do i exit that menu ?
I tried every button on the controller but i can't seem to exit this menu:

Yes, the controller works but just can't exit the menu.

This is called a menu driver change it to xmb, it's set to rgui now, the least demanding one, probably so that it can run even on the older PI versions.

Got it.

On lakka, do i just connect the usb drive to my laptop and go inside and create a rom folder and then go inside of the rom folder and create subfolders and name them after the game system.
