Uninstalling updates won't work if we do update cleanup right? Right now I've only had cumulative updates and can't see any need to be uninstalling those...

You can't really uninstall updates in Win 10 anyway

Yes, but:
1) Most updates can be uninstalled
2) The few that can are only tangentially related to Win 10

If you have the business updater (available only for Pro and up), then you have a few more options, but in general once you update there's nothing you can do about it

Like I said, most. You've probably installed 20+ updates and only three can be uninstalled!
