Expanding USB Capabilities of MOBO

My motherboard only has 2 USB pin arrays for non-rear USB devices, i.e. the USB connections included in a case etc.

My new case has two USB connections on the front panel and a 8in1 card reader which requires 2 USB pin arrays (10 pins, 9 actually) on the motherboard. That means I need at least 4 USB pin arrays.

In order to make all of my devices operate I need to increase the number of pins available, does anyone MFG an expansion card with USB pins, not USB connections but pins?

If not anyone care to speculate on why no one makes something which seems to me a good idea?

The card reader probably has 1 output, I'd use the card reader and ignore the case ports.
